Just returned from the Olives and Ouzo Cruise on Ocean Village. After reading many reviews and after travelling with a number of major Cruise Lines I went on Ocean Village with an open mind. Everything about the Cruise was fantastic. Great Cabins - Large and Comfortable (P Deck Outside). Has a single traveller, you usually find that your cabin can be of various quality. I received a complimentary upgrade from a restricted view cabin to a normal outside. Food was great whether it was in the Waterfront, Plantation, La Luna or The Bistro. The Entertainment was as you would expect from the normal run of Cruise Ship Entertainers - singers and comedians. However the onboard Production Team was outstanding and the Planet Show was brilliant. The Action Ashore like most Cruise Ships Tours can be expensive but at the same time on Ocean Village they were well organised and interesting. The big bonus of this Cruise was the relaxed atmosphere - get up when you want, eat where you want and do what you want added to the fact that the crew on board from The Accommodation Team to the Captain were very friendly and always helpful. I cant wait till next year for the Western Med.

we were also on this cruise, we absolutely loved it, the itinerary was what we went for as no other cruise line did this one. This is our second cruise with OV and although the standard wasn't as good as last time, we still thoroughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely agree. I also went in June and thought the production shows were superb, the best I have seen in 15 years of cruising P & O and Princess. Why do some people Knock this cruise line - OK, the cabins (though enourmous) could do with a refurishment to make them lighter and the teak tables outside need revarnishing but who cares when you are having such a good time !!!!
